do you really need those multivitamins?

Tens of millions of Americans swear by their daily supplements. But according to science, most of them are just wasting their time and money.

Yes, yes, I know. Our food is poison, everything that hasn’t been grown and cooked from scratch by a wellness influencer may as well be radioactive asbestos and lead pretending to be sustenance, and our only way to being even remotely healthy is to take our vitamins and supplements.

Except, it’s not. Unless your bloodwork says otherwise, you don’t need to be wasting money on making wellness “gurus” rich. You just need to take some basic steps that will do a lot more good than any unregulated placebo sold to you on social media by today’s equivalent of carnival barkers.
